How quickly will my order be delivered?
We aim to get our orders out as quickly as possible – morning orders tend to go out the same day, afternoon orders will be posted by the following morning – with the exception of Sundays and public holidays. We generally use Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
Website Stock Query
Our website stock levels are kept up to date - if a product is showing in-stock we will have it within the store and ready for despatch, if it showing as out of stock on the website, we will not have it available in-store.

Grahams have been a longstanding suppler of Barbour Clothing and Accessories, we have a famously large stock of the Barbour Classics and our knowledge of these products has made us the foremost dealer of Barbour in the Highlands.
Barbour Rewax – We can organise this service instore, your jacket will get sent back to Barbour – where they can rewax, clean and repair. Most popular is a Rewax & Clean which cost approx. £50 - £60 and takes around 3 weeks.

What is your returns policy if something is not quite right?
If for any reason you wish to return an item, you must first contact us at orders@grahamsonline.co.uk to be given an authorised RMA number.
You have a period of 14 days with which you are able to return an item for any reason. Please ensure that you have suitably packaged the item as we are not responsible for damages occurred during postage back to us. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. If your returned items are accepted you will be given a replacement/credit/refund where applicable.
